All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the purchasing date. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Shipping time does not include processing time.

All domestic deliveries are handled by Royal Mail and Evri

Shipping duration:

Shipping duration depends on the destination and will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times are strictly estimates and begin from the date that your order was dispatched rather than the date of purchase. Delays of a few days are not uncommon for overseas postage. This is out of our control, and we cannot offer replacements or refunds for any delays or losses.
Please note: Delays may be caused as items are cleared through customs.

All international orders (excluding the United States) can incur some customs fees. Customers are responsible for all international duty costs upon arrival. Please check your local government agency for these costs.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
We understand that mistakes can happen. If you would like to change your address, add a product to your order or any other changes, feel free to contact theplannerie@gmail.com. Please do this as soon as possible as we are unable to make any changes once your order has been processed and dispatched.

LOST PACKAGES
Once your order has been shipped, the shipping courier assumes all responsibility for its delivery. The Plannerie is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, we are happy to assist you if you face any issues with your delivery.
If your parcel has been marked as "delivered" but is missing, please check with your neighbours or your local post office to see if it has been delivered to them. You may also file a claim with your national courier service. If you need any assistance, don't hesitate to contact theplannerie@gmail.com.

WRONG ADDRESS

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for any mistakes made with shipping addresses. If you would like to update your address, please contact theplannerie@gmail.com as soon as possible.

RETURNED MAIL
If your package was returned to us, please contact us at theplannerie@gmail.com, and we will make sure to reship it to the correct address.
Please note that there is a reshipping fee to cover additional shipping costs and resources.
