Cancellations
Please note that we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and dispatched. If you would like to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we will try our best to fulfil your request. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your cancellation.

Refunds and Exchanges
All sales made are final, therefore we cannot offer refunds once your order has been dispatched. If you would like to make changes to your order or cancel it before it is dispatched, you may contact us at theplannerie@gmail.com.
